SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC
Duties include checking patients in and out, sterilizing instruments and making surgical packs, monitoring patients post-op, and answering phones and setting appointments.

WELLNESS CLINIC
Duties include greeting clients, checking patients in and out, cashier, data entry, answering phones, restocking examination rooms, and general office support.

MISCELLANEOUS
Fundraising, marketing, and special events.

* NOTE: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. We are unable to accommodate individuals seeking to fulfill court-ordered community service hours.

SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC (schedule a tour)

• Instrument Sterilization - Sterilize medical instruments, prepare surgical packs, onsite laundry
      Wed-Sat 10a - 1p
• Recovery Monitor - Monitor post-operative patients and other duties as needed.
      Wed-Sat 9a - 1p
• Clerical - Schedule appointments, cashier, and answer phones.
      Wed-Sat (flexible times)
• Check-in - Patient check-in, patient charts
      Wed-Sat 7:30a - 9:30a
• Check-out - Patient check-out, post-operative instructions, cashier, retrieve animals for owners.
      Wed-Sat 3p - 6p
• Confirmation Caller - Call clients at your convenience to remind them of their appointments - call, fax, or email your results!

WELLNESS CLINIC (schedule a tour)

• Greeter - Welcome, organize and direct clients for better efficiency and service (very busy environment).
      Sat-Wed (flexible times)
• Clerical - Check clients in/out, cashier, enter data, and answer phones (periodically hectic).

• General - Gopher, offer general support: prep rabies/registration tags, label products.
